In
this neighborhood there were these bungalows. Sometimes four to each
lot. At night the families would gather around a TV set in the front
yard, propped up on the trunk of a chopped down coconut tree. The tree
was chopped down already. Not like they chopped it down for the TV or
anything. I guess at the time only few people had TVs so lots of people
would hang out and watch together. Cool, was outside.
